Raffles
RAFFLE OVERVIEW
All event participants have the opportunity to sell raffle tickets to assist in their fundraising tactics. Participants can meet their minimum fundraising amount by selling raffle tickets. Better yet--combine an email campaign along with selling raffle tickets, and you could easily raise more than $4,000!
Find one or two local event(s), reserve a machine, arrange for raffle tickets and the rest is easy!
Expectations and responsibilities for selling raffle tickets:
- NEW: Every participant will be asked to sign an agreement, confirming an understanding of raffle responsibilities.
- A raffle ticket sales envelope MUST accompany all sold tickets to receive fundraising credit for ticket sales. Every ticket must be accounted for which is the participant's responsibility.
- Payment for raffle tickets can be by check, cash or money order. Checks can be written out to Never Surrender Inc.
- Lost tickets are NOT an option. You are responsible for all tickets given to you. Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the participant, and funds must be turned in for them.
- Partial books will NOT be accepted. Sell the remaining tickets.
- DO NOT transfer tickets with others--let us handle the distribution so we can keep accurate track of the tickets.

- The sales envelope should be distrubuted to you when you get raffles. If not, print this off and return in a sealed envelope.
Specialized E-bike Raffle or $3,000 cash
- TICKETS AVAILABLE
- Tickets are in books of ten; each ticket sells for $10 each
- 2,000 tickets printed
- The drawing for this raffle will take place Saturday September 19,2026
- Download the photo and information sheet
- The sales envelope should be distributed to you when you get raffles. If not, print this off and return in a sealed envelope.
Calendar Raffle
- CALENDARS AVAILABLE
- Calendars are $50 each
- 4,500 calendars were printed
- The drawing for this raffle with take place Monday February 8th, 2027
HOW TO PICK UP/ RETURN TICKETS
To pick up or return tickets and funds, contact one of these people:

RESERVE
- View the online calendar and scheduling tools using the links below to see if a machine is available for your fundraising event
- Please note that the machines are not to be ridden except to unload them from the trailer and return them to the trailer
- Damages occurring to a machine or trailer are the responsibility of the participant reserving the machines
- When submitting funds, please complete the appropriate sales envelope (please print a form from above if you were not given an envelope.)

Choose the calendar links to see if a machine is available for your event. Please note that availability on the machines is based on inventory levels at the respective retail locations. Please understand if you reserve a machine and can't get it - it more than likely "sold" to a paying customer. Thank you!
