Important Information on Fundraising

  • Each rider will need to fundraise a minimum of $1,000 for this event.
  • If incoming money is not a direct contribution from a business or individual, but rather from a fundraising event or use of fundraising tools, please use this form (PDF) to help us track incoming funds.
  • Did you know the average Tomassoni Tour rider in 2023 raised over $2,300 with our fundraising tools? If they did it, so can you! We are here to help you succeed throughout the year.

Incentive Prizes and Top Fundraising Cyclists

We award prizes to our top 5 fundraisers, as well as incentive prizes for all cyclists who reach specific fundraising levels. This is just another reason to raise more money than the $1,000 minimum!

Top 5 Prizes for Top 5 Fundraising Cyclists

  1. 1st place:    $500 Holiday Fuel gift card donated by Holiday
  2. 2nd place:  Tito's Bike donated by Tito's
  3. 3rd place:   Bike Helmet donated by Ski Hut
  4. 4th place    $50 Amazon gift card donated by Never Surrender Inc
  5. 5th place:   Tomassoni Tour - Cycle for ALS gear donated by Never Surrender Inc

Incentive Prizes:

  1. Raise $1,500: Cyclist jacket OR Patagonia flannel shirt
  2. Raise $2,000: $200 Gift Card to Amazon, Super One or Ski Hut
  3. $4,000: $400 Gift Card to Amazon, Super One or Ski Hut

Notes about donations

  • All donations are fully tax deductible
  • Credit card donations are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • Each participant assumes responsibility for donation collection.
  • Never Surrender Inc will send a thank you / tax receipt to each donor as long as there is a full name and complete mailing address. Use a donation form  (pdf) to accompany cash donations so that receipts can be mailed to donors.
  • For supporters who donate online, an immediate thank you receipt is sent via email.

Raffles

When you sell raffle tickets, 100% of the money you collect is applied to your fundraising total. Some participants choose to sell raffle tickets at work, at family get-togethers, county fairs, outside of businesses, Home/Sports Shows, etc. Raffle tickets also make great birthday or Christmas gifts.
