This year we'll be fishing again, and with more hope that a cure is not far away! The changes that this beautiful state of MN has made, making access to care better and easier for patients with ALS, make me feel so proud! Minnesota also made research a top priority, and for that I couldn’t be happier. With reassurance that this amazing team at NSI will continue on working to make the lives of people with ALS better and longer, I’ll be out there in that little boat again. We really only keep this boat so that we can participate in this fundraiser, so as you can imagine it’s not quite up to par with the incredible equipment some of these fishermen have. Ha! We may not win, but we'll fish our hearts out. We'll be fishing with an angel cheering us on.
