Thank you for helping me reach my Kolar Toyota ALS Fishing Tournament fundraising goal! This is an exciting opportunity for us to work together to support those affected by Lou Gehrig's Disease and to spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure.

Many of you know I fish this tournament in memory of my Dad, Tim Johnson. He passed away in 2004 from ALS. He was diagnosed 2 years before he passed. The disease moved fast. Some things we needed for my dad included a wheel chair, van, hospital bed, hoist to help move him around, etc. Our dining room was turned into a bedroom with a shower. Families depend on ALS programs like Never Surrender. Please consider making a donation.
