Blake Kolquist's ALS Fundraising Page

ALS has been a huge part of my life since I was 10 years old when my uncle Kevin was diagnosed. Since 1995, our family and friends along with countless volunteers, sponsors and participants have been working hard to increase awareness about ALS, raising money to help patients and their families that are currently battling ALS, and funding research to find NEW treatments and the eventual cure. For me, this tournament continues to be a tribute to my uncle Kevin, also to my cousin-in-law Jamie Winter who lost his battle to ALS, and all those we have grown to know and remember along the way #neversurrender

Why We Need Your Help...
Your gift will help individuals living with ALS and their families. Your gift will also go towards research to find a cause and cure for ALS.
What Do You Do Next...
You can help simply by making a charitable contribution. It's as easy as a click of the mouse. Know that you are helping people with ALS live with as much dignity as possible. Know that you are making a difference in so many lives.
Company Match Opportunities...
Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When an employee makes a donation, they'll request the matching gift from their employer, who then makes their own donation. Check to see if your employer will match your donation. We have links on our website that make this process very easy!
Thank you so much for your support!
