Raffles

RAFFLE OVERVIEW

All event participants have the opportunity to sell raffle tickets to assist in their fundraising tactics. Participants can meet their minimum fundraising amount by selling raffle tickets. Better yet--combine an email campaign along with selling raffle tickets, and you could easily raise more than $4,000!

Find one or two local event(s), reserve a machine, arrange for raffle tickets and the rest is easy! 

Expectations and responsibilities for selling raffle tickets:

• NEW: Every participant will be asked to sign an agreement, confirming an understanding of raffle resposibilities.
  
• A raffle ticket sales envelope MUST accompany all sold tickets to receive fundraising credit for ticket sales. Every ticket must be accounted for which is the participant's responsibility.
• Payment for raffle tickets can be by check, cash or money order. Checks can be written out to Never Surrender Inc. 
• Lost tickets are NOT an option. You are responsible for all tickets given to you. Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the participant, and funds must be turned in for them.
• Partial books will not be accepted. Sell the remaining tickets.
• DO NOT transfer tickets with others--let us handle the distribution so we can keep accurate track of the tickets.

Ranger / John Deere / Cash

• The drawing date for the Ranger / John Deere was Friday, February 7, 2025
• The grand prize winner was Tim Boberg of Mahtomedi, Minnesota with ticket 5513. Tim was very excited and will be taking the Ranger.
• Our 2nd place prize of $1,000 was won by Dennis Gehr, of Drummond WI with ticket 14742.
• Third place, $500, was won by Tyler Stroud of Fifield, WI with ticket 13488.

Winnebago

• The drawing date for the Ranger / John Deere was Friday, Februay 7, 2025
• The Winnebago winner was Bryon Fagen of Chanhassen, Minnesota with ticket 1274.

• The sales envelope should be distributed to you when you get tickets. If not, print this off, and return in a sealed envelope.

RESERVE

• View the online calendar and scheduling tools using the links below to see if a machine is available for your fundraising event
• Please note that the machines are not to be ridden except to unload them from the trailer and return them to the trailer
• Damages occurring to a machine or trailer are the responsibility of the participant reserving the machines
• When submitting funds, please complete the appropriate sales envelope (please print a form from above if you were not given an envelope.)
