Please Support Me...
I will be participating in the Black Woods Blizzard Tour. This is a 3-day snowmobile event designed to raise funds to support individuals living with ALS. I need your help to reach my personal fundraising goal. This is a great time for us to work together to support those living with ALS and to spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure.
Please consider sponsoring me. With your help, we will be able to make a difference in the lives of people affected by this disease.

Why I Am Riding...
This year I am dedicating my ride to Malcolm McGawn (pictured on the left) who battled ALS and passed away in June of 2023. His daughter Lani and my wife Gretchen were college roommates and are still close friends. Malcolm was an amazing man - he was valedictorian of his class, earned his masters degree in mathematics, served as an officer in the Navy (on submarine duty), and following that he was an instructor and engineer at nuclear training centers in CA and IL. He was an avid runner for 66 years and since 1980 he ran over 53,000 miles more than twice around the world.
Malcolm was a faithful Christian and a devoted family man married for 55 years to Marilyn Maxwell. Together they had two children and five grandchildren. We need to find a cure for the terrible disease that took his life. Never Surrender Inc is committed to this goal. It helps to fund services offered by other ALS non-profit organizations as well as funds global research to find a cause and cure for ALS. This organization is so well-run and successful I am proud to be a part of it and hope to help families like the McGawn family who had to face this difficult challenge.
Company Match Opportunities...
Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When an employee makes a donation, they'll request the matching gift from their employer, who then makes their own donation. Check to see if your employer will match your donation. We have links on our website that make this process very easy!
