Please help support people like my dad in my ride for ALS.
Last year was my first time participating in the ride and it made me realize how much support is out there for ALS patients in Minnesota. My dad continues to battle this awful disease, but doesn't have to do it alone thanks to organizations like Never Surrender.
He's been provided so many resources to help not only himself, but also my mom as he continues to live at home. He has an incredible support system around him and is able to continue receiving phenomenal care thanks to assistance from wonderful individuals and programs dedicated to fighting ALS.
Last year, my ride consisted of back-to-back 50 mile rides on the Mesabi Trail. Because this year's ride falls over the same weekend as Suzie's birthday and our friends' wedding day, I will be doing a solo, single day ride on my own of 75 miles. However, all of the funds raised will still go towards Never Surrender, who help fund platform trials for people with ALS, support patients through their durable medical equipment loan program, and so much more.
So I humbly ask you to please consider a gift in support of my ride. Thank you for your consideration in helping me reach my fundraising goal and for supporting me as I ride for my dad and everyone else living with ALS.
