I will be participating in the Black Woods Blizzard Tour again this year. This is a 3-day snowmobile event designed to raise funds to support individuals living with ALS. I need your help to reach my personal fundraising goal. This is a great time for us to work together to support those living with ALS and to spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure.

Why I Am Riding...

First, as most of you know, in 2021 my dad had a short, but courageous, battle with ALS. Before his diagnosis I knew almost nothing about ALS, about how it could take a man that was in exceptionally good health and steal his life in a matter of months. He said several times that as long as his illness helped lead to a cure, that it would be worth it. I feel that participating in this ride and fundraising event is how I can help. 

Second, each year I am amazed at the number of wonderful people we meet while participating in this event, and that although many of them don't have a close friend or family member that had ALS, they were still passionate about fighting this wicked disease. I quickly realized how important it is for me to do what I can until there is a cure. I know that not everybody will be able to support us, but please know that any amount you can help with will be appreciated!
