I will be participating in the Black Woods Blizzard Tour. This is a 3-day snowmobile event designed to raise funds to support individuals living with ALS. This is a great time for us to work together to support those living with ALS and to spread awareness of the urgency to find treatments and a cure.

Why I Am Riding...

I am riding with my father-in-law in memory of his late wife, Kris. My would be mother-in-law passed away from ALS before I had the chance to meet her.  Ashley and I had just started dating at the end of her mom’s battle with ALS and I saw the toll it took on her and her family, especially not having her be a part of our wedding and not being able to meet her grandchildren.  I learned that this disease slowly strips healthy people of their physical capabilities eventually leaving them fully dependent on others to care for them while leaving their minds as sharp as ever. It’s a terrible disease and funding for resources and the search for a cure are very limited. 

People with ALS need our help more than ever. Never Surrender Inc helps to fund services offered by other ALS non-profit organizations as well as funds global research to find a cause and cure for ALS.
